Virtual Power Plant Auctions (Emisiones Primarias de Energía)
In line with Royal Decree 324/2008, the Comision Nacional de Energía (CNE) has appointed MEFF Euroservices S.A.U. (MEFF), in collaboration with IBM Global Services España S.A. (IBM), to implement the 6th and 7th VPP auctions.
The purpose of this site is to provide interested parties with information about the VPP product and the auctions scheduled to take place on 23rd September 2008 and in March 2009.
